Luxury Activewear Retailer Signs Harbor East Lease

A luxury activewear brand based in Los Angeles has signed a lease to open its first Maryland store in Harbor East.
Alo Yoga has signed a lease for 4,100 square feet to open an Alo Sanctuary store on the corner of Aliceanna and South Exeter streets, Harbor East Management Group announced Wednesday. The outlet is expected to open near the end of 2024 and will become the first store in the state for the company. Alo’s lease takes up a portion of the former footprint of Arhaus Furniture, which left Harbor East for Baltimore County a year ago.
“It’s natural that Alo would select Baltimore’s Harbor East as the location for its first Maryland store,” said Tim O’Donald, president of Harbor East Management, in a statement. “The neighborhood’s curated collection of prominent national brands and unique local businesses provides an upscale experience for shopping, dining, living and working.”
