Reserve the Compass Room
Reserve the Compass Room for your next celebration, training or happy hour.
Office tenants may reserve the space through the PRISM work order platform at least two (2) business days in advance.
To get started, confirm who on your team has PRISM access and have them complete the form below.
CCTV – For your safety and security, this area is monitored by video surveillance.
Clean Club Heads & Golf Balls Only – Dirty club heads or golf balls will permanently damage the simulator screen.
Proper Footwear – Wear clean, dry shoes. Metal spikes are strictly prohibited.
Inspect Equipment – Users must inspect all equipment prior to use and report any damage immediately.
Do Not Tamper – Do not tamper with the simulator equipment, screens, or software.
Golf Clubs – Four TaylorMade golf club sets (men’s and women’s, left- and right-handed) are provided. Handle all clubs with care and return them to the proper bags or stands after use.
Handle Equipment with Care – Handle all equipment, including clubs, mats, and technology, with care. Report any malfunctions immediately.
One Person at a Time – Only one person may swing a golf club at a time.
Remain Behind the Safety Line – All other individuals must remain behind the designated safety line.
Aim at the Screen Only – All shots must be directed toward the hitting screen.
Be Aware of Your Surroundings – Always check your surroundings before swinging.
Control Practice Swings – Practice swings should be limited and controlled.
Leave the Area Clean – Users must leave the simulator space clean after use.
Dispose of Trash Properly – Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacles.
Report Spills or Damage – Report any spills, damage, or equipment issues immediately.
